 What is Stoploss in Stock Market ?

Well it's a universal truth of the stock market is that stocks go up and stocks go down. You can't predict it even you are one of the gurus in stock world. Sometimes a stock goes way down. A challenge for many investors is knowing how to handle these falls in a stock's price. Putting a stoploss can manage risk. With a stop loss an investor is able to set an exit point for the trade. If a stock trades at or below this amount, the investor's stocks will be sold automatically. 

Here's an example. Suppose you buy reliance stock .

Current Market Price - 1000

Stoploss - 1%

Means in case stock price goes to 900 then your broker ill auto sell your stock of reliance @900. Bingo mitigate risk if stock goes further down.
